Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400°F.
Line a baking pan with a greased parchment paper or baking mat and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix using a spoon.
Pat dry fillets with a paper towel then rub both sides of the fillets with the mixed seasonings.
Transfer fillets to the lined baking pan.
Apply some mist of cooking oil spray on the fish or use a brush to apply cooking oil.
Now bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool for about 2 minutes. Serve with your favorite side.
