Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté the garlic and onions for 1 minute till fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms and keep stir frying until brown.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the cream and stir well till combined for 30 seconds.
Add the cream and and stir. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Remove from the heat and garnish with some chopped parsley.
Pour over the steak and serve.
