Instructions
Wash and thinly slice the ginger, turmeric and lemon.
Add water to a sauce pan with all the ingredients Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
After simmering, remove the pot from the heat and strain the tea into mugs or tea cups.
Add honey to sweeten, if the lemon is too harsh, add little water to dilute. Then consume.
Reserve any leftover in the refrigerator and reheat when ready to consume.
