For the Dressing

Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Add salt to a pot of boiling water over medium heat and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Add the dressing ingredients to another bowl and stir to combine. Pour the dressing all over the salad, then toss to combine.
You can serve immediately or allow it to chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
