Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400β.
Add all the ingredients except the lamb chops in a bowl and mix well.
Add the lamb chops to the marinade and generously coat it very well.
Let it marinate for about 30 minutes, the longer it marinates the better.
Transfer the lamb to a baking dish or sheet and put it in the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes until the internal temperature reads 135β.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
