½teaspoonof each Fresh thyme rosemary and parsley. rosemary and parsley. (Finely chopped)

Pat dry the fish with a paper towel.
3 Fish Fillets
Combine and stir the ingredients in a bowl, except for the oil, to season the fish.
1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning, ½ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Blackpepper, 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Sprinkle the seasoning generously on both sides of the fish using your hand to gently pat it so that the seasoning sticks well to the fish.
To a pan over medium heat, heat the oil, then sear each side of the fish for about 5 minutes. This will depend on the thickness of the fish.

Melt the butter, add the remaining ingredients for the butter sauce and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Adjust any ingredients if needed.

Bring back the cooked fish to the pan and continue basting it with the sauce for about 1 minute.
