Wash and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and balck pepper.
1.5 lb Potatoes, Pinch or salt and pepper to taste
Cut the steak into bite sizes and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
1 lb Steak, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon Blackpepper, 1 teaspoon Salt
Add the 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon butter to the skillet over medium heat and pan-grill the potatoes for about 3 minutes undisturbed. This is to create crispy edges. Then, cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on each side until fork tender. You may need to reduce the heat to medium-low to avoid burning the potatoes. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the skillet and set them aside.
2 tablespoon Cooking oil, 1 tablespoon Butter
Add some cooking oil to the same skillet and cook the beef for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove beef and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes till fragrant. Add the thyme, rosemary parsley and hot sauce. Stir for about 1 minute.
Return the cooked potatoes and steak bites to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Toss everything together to coat the steak and potatoes in the buttery sauce. Let it cook together for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if needed. Transfer to a plate and garnish with some chopped parsley. Serve.
