Wash all the ingredients perfectly and deseed the bell pepper.
Transfer all the ingredients to a food processor and process till smooth or slightly coarse.
If using a blender, chop fresh herbs and peppers and transfer them to a blender with some water. The water is to make the blade move easily.
Use a spoon and scrape the sides of the processor or blender to make sure everything is combined.
Transfer into a jar or bowl and cover tightly. Preserve in the refrigerator for up to a week. Or transfer it to ice cube trays and freeze for 3-5 months.
