Whole tilapia
scaled and gutted

Bouillon powder
seasoning powder

teaspoon
Salt

Paprika

Thyme

Onion powder

Blackpepper

teaspoon
Coriander seeds powder
optional

Ginger and garlic paste

Chilli sauce
or any hot sauce, sriracha

Parsley

Some lemon slices
lemon balm, or lemon grass
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the lemon slices and stir well.
Pat dry the fish with a paper towel and make deep diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish. Pat dry again.
Using your hand or brush, generously rub the marinade on both sides of the fish and inside the belly, ensuring it goes deep into the slits.
Put the lemon slices or lemon balm inside the belly of the fish.
Put fish on the lined baking sheet and put it inside the oven.
Bake at 400℉ for 20-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
Fish should reach an internal temperature of 145℉. Or test with a fork for flakiness.
Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 3 minutes, then serve.
