Orange and Pomegranate Juice is a refreshing, vibrant, natural juice packed with flavour. This juice is an immune booster, loaded with minerals and vitamins with the right amount of acidity.
Homemade juice or freshly squeezed juice is the best because no extra sugar, preservatives, or additives are added. If you have many oranges and pomegranates lying around or you have them discounted at the grocery store, do not hesitate to grab lots of them to make this. This is very easy to make with and without a juicer just like the homemade pineapple juice.
Benefits of Orange and Pomegranate Juice
Orange juice is a rich source of Vitamin C and other beneficial phytochemicals, commonly found in citrus fruits. It offers a naturally sweet and refreshing flavor that many enjoy as part of their daily diet. Homemade orange juice allows you to control the freshness and quality, offering a delicious and natural alternative to store-bought varieties.
Pomegranate juice is known for its deep, vibrant color and naturally sweet-tart flavor. It is packed with vitamins and antioxidants, making it a popular choice for those looking to enjoy a flavorful, nutrient-rich beverage.
Best Oranges For Juicing
When it comes to Juicing, you need oranges with lots of juice or water. I highly recommend Valencia oranges, followed by the navel, blood, and Cara Cara oranges. I added blood orange for extra and vibrant colour. As for the pomegranate, any one is perfect.
