- 5 large Roma tomatoes sliced
- ½ bunch Parsley chopped, about ¼-½ cup
- 1 medium Red onion
- 1 medium Lemon freshly squeezed juice
- ¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Blackpepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
