Not your regular banana crepes with sliced bananas and fillings. This recipe calls for blended bananas with all the ingredients, then fried. It is very flavorful and sweet with natural banana flavours. Banana crepes are perfect for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. It is best when served with tea, coffee, ice cream, and yogurt.
One thing I love about crepes is combining everything in a blender and blending till smooth, then frying. All ready in 15 minutes.

Storage
Crepes are best enjoyed immediately when fried. But any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the microwave for 1 minute. If left in the microwave longer, it becomes hard and rubbery.
