Start by preheating the oven to 400℉ and lightly greasing the baking dish or lining it with a parchment paper or aluminum foil.

- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Sazon seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉ and line a baking tray or sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. In this recipe, I added lemon slices to the baking sheet, but this is optional.
- Pat the basa fillet dry with a paper towel to help the seasoning stick. Brush or spray some cooking oil on both sides of the fish.1 150-200g Basa fillet
- Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl and stir. Sprinkle and rub gently into the fish, coating both sides. Spray more oil after seasoning for extra juiciness.1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, ½ teaspoon Sazon seasoning, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper seasoning
