- Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 3-5 minutes to ensure a crispy skin.
- Prep the Potatoes: Wash, dice the potatoes into even chunks of about 1 inch and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess water.
- Season: Combine the potatoes with all the ingredients and toss till they are well coated.
- Air Fry: Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes flipping them half way through cooking time.
