- 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ¼ cup White wine to Deglaze or broth, water.
Instructions
- Pat dry fish fillets with a paper towel.2 Red snapper fillets
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on both sides.Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the white wine.
